A Seasonal Alignment Workshop with Christopher Miller, LAc

Saturday, April 25, 2026
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST
Online Workshop

Spring carries a powerful momentum — a natural urge toward growth, movement, and possibility. But without direction, that rising energy can feel scattered, restless, or overwhelming.

In this two-hour online workshop, licensed acupuncturist and Qigong instructor Christopher Miller will guide us through simple practices rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoist philosophy to help you align with the energy of the spring season.

Through movement, reflection, and meditation, you’ll explore how to work with spring’s natural momentum in a grounded, supportive way.

In this workshop you’ll explore:

  • The basics of Yin, Yang, and the Five Elements as a map for seasonal living
  • How the Wood element shapes spring energy — physically and emotionally
  • Gentle Spring Qigong movements to release stagnant winter energy
  • A compassion-based breathing practice for working with strong emotions
  • Guided reflection and journaling to clarify your intentions for the season

You’ll leave with:

  • A simple Spring lifestyle and nutrition guide
  • Morning and evening seasonal practices you can begin right away
  • Tools for working with anger or frustration with more compassion
  • Greater clarity about where your energy wants to move this season
  • A curated poetry list for deeper reflection at home
  • A sense of connection with others exploring seasonal living

This workshop is perfect for you if:

  • You feel the urge for change but aren’t sure where to direct your energy
  • You feel restless, stuck, or ready to begin something new
  • You want simple practices to support physical and emotional wellbeing
  • You’re curious about Traditional Chinese Medicine and seasonal living
